Please read our terms of service carefully before using our platform.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Mailezz (https://mailezz.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Mailezz's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials.
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Mailezz's website.
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
  • Transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.

2. Description of Service

Mailezz is a job application management platform that helps users streamline their job search process. Our services include:

  • Sending personalized job application emails on your behalf via SMTP using your provided Gmail App Password.
  • Managing your CV/resume and email templates for job applications.
  • Browsing and filtering job vacancy listings.
  • Building professional, ATS-friendly resumes.
  • Checking companies against community-sourced scam reports.
  • Tracking your application history and daily email quota usage.

3. User Accounts & Google Authentication

When you create an account via Google Sign-In, you authorize Mailezz to access specific Google services on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. SMTP Email Sending

By configuring your SMTP settings, you authorize Mailezz to:

  • Send job application emails on your behalf via SMTP using your provided Gmail App Password.

Mailezz does NOT read, scan, index, or store your inbox, existing emails, or contacts. We only use SMTP access to send emails that you explicitly initiate.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service for:

  • Sending spam, unsolicited bulk emails, or malicious content.
  • Impersonating another person or entity.
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
  • Using the service in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair the service.
  • Automating access to the service or extracting data without our permission.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Some features require payment via Midtrans payment gateway. All purchases of coin packages and membership upgrades are processed by Midtrans. Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Refund policies are subject to our refund policy, which can be requested by contacting our support.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mailezz shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, job opportunities, goodwill, or other intangible losses. We do not guarantee that any job application sent through our service will result in a response or job offer.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or via email. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
